Refund policy

Your legal rights: When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed, including the refund of postage.

Our returns policy: At Eightlife we take great care to provide accurate descriptions and true representations of all our products. Many of our products are natural or semi-natural, meaning they may vary in appearance, colour, and finish — this is part of their unique, handmade character.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused goods in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please include proof of purchase with your return.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Please note that postage and packaging costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or misdescribed.
